I'm going to buy me a all the supp. i need and I want to know which one you use and what do u recomend.

I use:
ON 100% Whey-14 bucks for 2 pounds, 33 servings i think
AST Micronized Creatine-30 bucks for 1000 grams, 200 servings
Dextrose-2 bucks for a 2 pound bag-227 servings
AST Ny-Tro-PRO40, 20 servings 30 bucks
I use -
Optimum 100% whey protein - 28 dollars at Nutritionexpress.com 77 servings great tasteing.
Phos****en HP - 21 dollars at Nutritionexpress.com. GREAT CREATINE I RECOMMEND!
Champion Nutrition - Meal Replacements, kind of expensive but worth it. 60 packets for 80 dollars. Same site as above.
Pure Glutamine - best if you just find most servings for the price
All of those supplements are essential in my opinion. But i would for sure pic up protein and glutamine.
I use n-large^2 or vitamin cottage whey protein along with sci-fit creatine, and nitrix.
I really like the n-large2, it mixes really easily, has a good amount of protein, calories, and carbs, and tastes a lot better than most protein shakes. The vitamin cottage whey protein is definitely the best tasting protein ive ever had, but it only has 22g protein per serving and mixes like crap unless you blend it.
I think i got my sci-fit creatine 1000g tub for only $20, and ive had way better results taking that in grape juice compared to the cell tech i tried a while a ago.
As for the nitrix, i see a lot of people who think n2o supps are a waste of money, but ive used it a few times and ill prob continue as long as i have extra money to spend on it. I really like it because i noticed when i took the nitrix my blood pressure and pulse rate (which are normally high) dropped down to normal levels. I feel like im a bit a bit more pumped in the gym and it definitely makes my veins a lot more pronounced, but i could be imagining it.
