best way to look good in 3 weeks time? (reps)

i've made a thread like this for one week and someone recommended carb cycling, seemed to work well


if i wanna look more cut in three weeks, what should i do? cut for two weeks and dry for one?

you don't want to "dry"...that won't improve your appearance unless you're taking anabolics.
