Huge fan but loses way too much size when he diets down. Possibly over-diets? Not sure... but he needs to fix it to get the placings he probably deserves (he's insane off-season).
Roelly at 29.

lmfao holy ****ttttttt
wtfing ****.
no way are those 2 years apart...
well, judging from those pictures, we can be SURE that he didnt start his bicycle until he was 29
How do you know? Maybe he had training wheels at first..
I had never seen Roelly very young ... WOW
If those pics are two years apart-mind=blown. But likelihood of that-unlikely....
How about Five Years Apart...
2005...

2010...

For those that dont know, Roelly got into a nearly fatal car crash where he had to have chest surgery (see the scar on the sternum) and that is what has motivated him to become a pro BB

Funny that his calves haven't grown at all
Seriously, though, that's nuts.
Thanks for the pic i never seen him that young!
lmfao holy ****ttttttt
Oh ffs at you guys thinking he didnt use aas when he was 29!
There's a difference between training wheel aas and full blown pro tour de france cycles.

At the pro level there is no such thing as "cycles".
At the pro level there is no such thing as "cycles".
Do you think I dont know that?
Google tour de france brah , it was a metaphor to represent for non stop or very long or until the end with short rest or cruises in between compared to the comparison or direct contrast of a little bike on training wheels .
So read a "book".
mind is blown at how much size he put in 5 years
Roelly competes too much. At the end of the year his body is tired and flat. He needs to pick 2 competitions max and come in ripped.
Huge abuser of slin and gh...although they all do. This guy pumps it hard in the offseason then goes to **** in competition.

I don't think too many bodybuilders can do that, maybe Antoine Vaillant (sp?)

Those aren't cheat meals, those are normal meals. pros eat what ever they want to get calories carbs and protein. Do you honestly think they eat 5k clean calories a day? Hell no
There's a vid of him doing a backflip in front of some school kids. Somewhere on Youtube.

Ok I sat out so far regarding the meals but now i'll jump in. You can't generalise and say ''all pro's" do that as I can assure you not all pro's do.
I have stayed with 3 pro's due to having a friend who is a pro and 2 of them ate clean EVERY meal to the dot of what calories they needed, fish/chicken/rice etc the other one not so much he ate a few cheat meals a day but NOT pizza think more along the line of ribs etc or a burger once a day or a meal I thought was strange 'ice cream' lol (obviously i knew why he did it).
To think all they eat is pizza type meals cause they use insulin you are naive, yes some pro's might but not all.
Simply thought I would clear that up before people think pro's eat all cheat meals and you ****s miss-inform them.
