When writing down my Pro, fat, carbs and cals for the day I have always put down for Large egg whites at 3 grams of Protein each, but now that I think about it I think I got that advice from one person years ago.
Is this right ?
Thanks

as far as i know a large egg is 3.5g protein if its just egg white and 7 g if its whole
I could vary from brand to brand. My eggs are 4g per egg white and 6g per whole egg.
