Strong bulk. IMO you should cut now. You'll look pretty beast. What's your height?

Personally I say go to 200, that's just my preference (same goal here).
See'ing as this was most likely a dirty bulk (don't get me wrong I see a huge improvement), go for a clean bulk to 200 and you will be more satisfied with the results (Captain Obvious).

if you lookin for a very fit bod that NORMAL people and girls think is good - cut now
if you lookin to get a bodybuilder physique, get to 200lbs then cut - but i think regular people will think you're too big.
I'd say go for 200lbs. Great bulk though!
I say keep going to you hit your goal, coming down further than what you expected in a cut is really frustrating and I'm all about finishing what you start anyway

i know that i need to be on a caloric deficit. so like 2000 a day? also, cardio 3 times a week? should i be doing the same work outs or isolations?

am 5"8 and just recently hit 200lbs in weight, but tbh i think i still look small, my goal was to reach 200lbs thinking i would be quite swole by then but i am still not happy. howver your looking pretty big i say, get to 200lbs first, then cut then gain some more!
what were your eating habits?

We started at the exact same weight...I got up to 196 and then decided to cut for my competition at 22 weeks out.

look awsome, if i were you i would cut but that is just me, why? 15 lbs is alot more weight, could take god knows how long to add another QUALITY 15 lbs, getting lean will benefit you in the long run imo

You must be some kinda stupid. OP doesn't look fat whatsoever. You can tell he's carrying it, but i bet he looks alpha as phuck in clothes. Which is fortunate, since it's winter.

for your cut questions,
keep doing compound lifts during cut
calorie deficiency 500 less than maintenance (which is different for everyone)
and you can do cardio what ever days you want, but try to either do it in the morning or after lifting weights.
no muscle definition

i heard someone was talking about a ketogenic diet, what is that and will it work? and while i'm cutting i most likely won't be able to keep my strength huh?
This is how you bulk, gjdm. Person above saying muscle definition should be ignored, when you cut that'll be good. Go to 200lbs, cut and you'll be looking sick, then another bulk and you'll be looking big. Nice work OP.

What was the whole span, from before to now?
i`d say clean bulk till 200 or until around march, and then cut so ull look solid by summertime. but thats just my opinion.

i admit i had a pretty dirty bulk because i always considered myself a hard gainer so needed the extra dirty calories to help me. i was on cytogainer for a couple tubs then some other weight gainer just to get a kick start in gaining some weight but then i stopped at 150lbs and only take protein now.
no real set eating schedule, just ate as much as I could.
i usually ate 3 packets of oatmeal and some eggs in the morning (and again at night)
packed 3 pb sandwiches to eat between my classes
rice and meat usually because im asian, lol
a lot of bananas
cottage cheese
trail mix
made this new invention with angus burger patties + cheese + fried egg on top
basically i would be eating so much that i was literally gagging by the time i was half way eating but still finished anyway. usually took me really long to eat tho
