its my last semester so I am just taking Quantum Mechanics, Biochemistry-2, Immunology and doing lots of independent research. Relatively light semester load so I have been able to devote lots of time to lifting.

I'm taking calc 3, phys 2 with lab, and engineering econ and working full time. Also just got engaged and bought a house which I have been doing some minor renovations to. So I also have loads of time to lift.

My joints are falling apart but I feel way stronger than I have ever been. I just need to keep myself together for 3 weeks until I max.
I originally planned to do a heavy double with ~360 next week, but I don't feel like 1 week of peaking is going to be enough, I think I need 2 weeks of peaking to fully realize the benefit of incline bench and to transition into heaviness.

I completely lost the ability to do squats in one fluid motion. basically my squat is 2 separate motions that both feel ****ty.
My left leg is still on dat ****gy time, so I am going to continue to try and fix the form while I focus on bench.
