IDK about Canada but I will tell you that I was certain my stores didn't carry it til one day when I discovered it in the frozen section.....never thought of looking for it there!
hmm, was it in the gluten free section or something? I never thought to look there! I remember seeing all sorts of frozen breads.

my local grocery doesn't have a gluten free frozen section.(I live in a fairly rural area) It was in a random freezer with other more natural/organic type frozen goods. Not where the frozen bagels etc were. Honestly I never even thought of it BEING frozen. I had searched 3 different stores looking for it but looking in every part BUT the freezer section!
Our organic & gluten stuff is usually all jumbled together in a seperate section. I bet that's exactly where it is. Thanks for the help :)

yeah, in a regular market, that's typically where it is. the freezer in the gf/organic-ish section. places like t joe's and whole foods have it too.
Hi Kait123
Were you able to find the bread ?
In Ontario our markets keep them in the freezer, some shops have a natural section and they are kept there.
I usually get the english muffins, I prefer them to the breads.
I haven't made it to the store yet, haha. I'm still working. Probably won't be checking until tomorrrow. Also, what's this trader joe stuff? I'm assuming it's a name brand of healthier whole foods or something? Are we able to get it in Canada?
Try Superstore in the "healthy" section or regular bread aisle or any health food store.
kait123, Trader joe's is a health food store chain in the states that has TONS of awesome stuff and I pray and do a rain dance every night that they'll come to Canada soon. (Not sure how effective the rain dances are, may need to revise :D).

that's one thing canada's really lacking, healthy food stores. i'll be rain dancin' too! the more the merrier, haha! it's a shame though really, that we don't have any cool places like that. i come from a small town too. so we'd likely be the last place to get it if it ever does come this way.
Try eatit.ca I think that they may carry it and offer home delivery. Not exactly sure how it works sicne I don't live in Canda anymore but that could be an option.
We have it in the freezer section in our grocery stores in the states. Usually by the organic foods. Hope you find it!
I found it!! haha, it was right where I thought it would be. Holy **** it's expensive here though! $6.00 a loaf!!!! :(

while on this note, any Aussies know where we can get it from?
I have checked out health stores and even asked bakery people and no one seems to even heard of "whole wheat bread" they thought its the same as "wholemeal"...........
thanks team!!
That's it! Once I finish school for business, I'm starting up a Trader Joes! I'm dead serious :D

Looks like you found it, $6.00 is a lot !
Here in Ontario we are $3.99 for the muffins, I have not looked at the price of bread.

I live in toronto. So where am I looking at for this bread? I think I went to every damn grocery store in Etobicoke toronto. No luck.................. Or maybe I missed the section that it is supposed to be at. I am pretty sure I checked all the bread places in the stores.

Supercentre/Zehrs. It's in the freezer part of the gluten-free/organic section.
