Cant lose the lower belly fat

Night : Oatmeal with fruits or bread with vege

You have to make sure that you are eating in a caloric deficit man, find out how many calories you should be consuming daily then go 400-500 calories below that, the stubborn lower belly fat is what normally comes of last, it's a true pain in the ass, but there's nothing you can do except eat clean, and train. Do abb excercises, weighted at bodyweight! Do research on all of this man, just make sure you're tracking you're weight, pictures etc. taken pictures every couple weeks! Remember (Calorie deficit, Train) simple! Good luck
