Cant lose the lower belly fat
Hello, I am a new user here. Ill introduce myself im a asian kid from paris . I am 15 146-47 ibs and 5.7 and i been working out for 1 year( i cant join gym cuz local gym takes people +18 for some reason) now i was fat as hell at a moment and now i gained some little mass as you can see on my profil picture
My problem is I cant lose the lower belly fat which shows up when I sit( not too much but its unconfortable as ****) . I know spot redution is not possible
I do cardio vescular or bodyweight exercices on regular basis and play basketball
And my diet is basically
Morning black coffe/green tea with 2/3 biscuits
Lunch rice and meat or vege
evening : some fruits or biscuits or a little sandwich sometimes and black coffe
Night : Oatmeal with fruits or bread with vege
What Should I do to to lose this lower belly fat??
