Starting 2nd shift, when to work out
Ok, im proabably going to be starting 2nd shift and my new job. I have worked out at 5:30 PM for the last few years. I have a good routine, but now i have to change. I will be working from 3:30 pm to like 2am. Should i lift around noon, I was thinking mabey noon wouldnt be good because i have no time to rest after working out i will have to go to work. Im used to working out and then going to sleep a few hours after. But now i have to work out then go to my physicallly demanding job for 8-10 hours. Will i be able to recover the same..
