I'm so hungry right now, and the fact that I'm imagining me eating those foods isn't helping.
This is the feel of fat getting burned.
The Walking Dead is one of my favourite series. Season 3 is excellent, quite spooky. Season 2 was slow, but many series follow this route. Season 1 was excellent. Highly recommend it.
Breaking Bad is by far the best series I've seen in a long, long time. Game of Thrones again, very good. Three of my favourite.
Sounds like you missed a sure thing!
Sadly I know the type far too well. 99% of the members at my current gym are brocurlers. One guy in particular is there three or four times a week, doing variations of curls for an hour and a half. Still, they're not as bad as those who use the squat rack to do 1/4 ROM movements whilst grunting like a hog.

I built like 2 pounds of rock hard solid muscle though.
Edit: That feel when you could be eating anywhere from 1100 to 1900 calories because of consumption of no-label foods.
Feels like I'm starting to get so frustrated I don't care, close enough to 1500 /10.

I accidently did this for about 2 months when I was working during the summer, without realising or even knowing about the diet itself. Largely by being so busy I just forgot to eat. I was following IF, but just cut the window even shorter.
- 4 hour feeding window, 20 hour fast.
- I had ridiculous energy during the day
- barely felt hungry until an hour before my window was due to open
How about anyone with the PSMF? I see a lot of failed blogs from the past on this site. Anyone attempted it?

Done two weeks of psmfing. Probably won't do it again, ever.

Currently reading the book on it. It's absolutely brutal. Very unhealthy way to look at dieting even in the short-term but it is very tempting. How did you assort your workouts on it? It says to decrease the volume. I currently workout four times a week.
I've calculated that I could stand to lose 7.5lbs in three weeks if I were to do it for that length of time. Really no muscle mass lost? Hard to believe. Very difficult to find good information on it and results.

I believe Earthshieldlol tried it to lose a bit of weight quickly...said he liked the results, but would not do again (if I'm remembering right
EDIT: Remember him saying he had to cut volume way back as well (less reps, weight)

I did two whole body workouts per week, the very first workout was high-volume depletion-style (like UD2), the rest (3) were low-volume full-body, probably 6-8 rep range IIRC.
I was doing the “category 1 version” so it was higher calories than most psmf's. I think I ate 270g or so protein a day, and little else, just tag-along fat/carbs, to the tune of 1200 kcals/day. Lost no strength, but this was only a two week diet. Three or four lbs of fat lost. Spreading it out over a month would have made it much nicer.

Jesus H. That's a lot of protein. On most days, I am happy if I hit 150g. Figure I'm probably at 18-20% bf, and at 145, that would be 116-119g of protein. I figure that hitting ~20% more would be great.

That's kind of the gist of the PSMF. Eat just protein. In the case of my stint, almost all chicken breast.
Normally I am just fine with 140-150g myself.

CSB: On a completely different note, I'm a huge fan of Frank Herbert. :) Too bad the son's writing sucks.
