Healthy Spices & Sauces
Really trying to add more vegetables to my diet but not been a big fan of anything I have tried so far, one thing that was making it easy enough was this Faijta spice that I had but turns out its packed full of sugar so was just wondering what you recommend as the healthiest spices & sauces to use to add a little more flavour to your meals.
Thanks in advance

Yes, turmeric may support a healthy inflammation response. However, it does not absorb as well in ordinary spice form.

If you like the Faijta spice and it helps you eat veggies, than by all means use it, there is not enough sugar in it to affect your over all macros or to be negative on your overall health.
Don't get stuck with what is healthy in spices, sauces and toppings, it is about a life style and the spices, sauces and toppings will help you stick to your diet.

If you're not a fan of broccoli or cauliflower add some melted cheese. Green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and parmasan. Also try Sriracha.
