What is the difference? A diet with something around 75-100g carbs vs less than 20g net carbs. Your body barely being out of ketosis vs being in ketosis. Would your workouts suffer?

Some people seem to function better while in ketosis, they have more energy because fats are a longer lasting source of energy, but others including myself still seem to have more energy on plain ol carbs. Most people on this diet however dont seem to struggle during their workouts and if they do they just switch to a TKD diet which is just fine.
The nice thing about keto is that your usually very full and its very easy to keep your calorie intake low.
Very low-carb, and low-carb diets are both centered around Ketosis.
Moderate carb diets are not.
Most people would say that consistently eating less than 100g carbs a day WILL induce Ketosis.
