I do hope that Clay bites it out of all 3 of them. The last few episodes he has lost his spark and turned into a p*ssy. Tigg better be left alive in some kind of twist. I love that demented idiot.
Seriously? Clay's not a pussy he's playing them. That would go against everything his character has been from day one. He's rebuilding some loyalty.

Clay is definitely tying to play them all for his own end game.
He's come full circle.
Terra is superhot this season.
Agreed with OP, Son's is a my favorite show......since the Sopranos!
SAMCRO.

He might be, but when he broke down crying in the office by himself, and apologizing to everyone he came across like a huge douche. I hope Jemma plays him next week and leaves him standing at the plane.

I really don't like Terra. She sounds like a broken record to me. But she's pretty true to girls that marry bikers thinking they can change them and get them to leave their clubs. It never happens. I can't stand girls like that it's a pet peeve of mine I guess. LOL IRL those girls generally end of serving time for a crime that should have been their old mans.

Oh how about Jacks showing Wendy not to F8ck with him or his family. Brutal shoving that needle into her arm and sending her back to rehab lol

I started watching this on netflix about 2 weeks ago.
made it through the first 4 seasons that quickly. the show is freaking awesome

It really is.
Season 5 has been real intense, too. The first episode lets you know it's gonna be hardcore this year!

I was pretty happy with the finale tonight. Nice twist for tigg to live. Kind of wish someone would have been finished off. Auto tongue seen was brutal but I was actually cheering the whole scene lol.
I haven't watched SOA since the first season. I don't watch much TV, but I do like it quite a bit. What season is it already?
I watched the first season too; meh.
I found it way too cliche'; the good hearted biker, the family man, the evil leader, etc...
Soap opera in bikerland.
Does it get better?
I need a new series.

First season was def the worst of them all but I still liked it. Just finished season 5 last night and it's a lot darker than the first by far. Worth a watch for sure.

I found the first few seasons uneven. Season four and five are great though.

Finale was just OK in my eyes, yea no main got killed.
Pope dieing was almost expected.
Otto (not Auto) biting off his tongue was very disturbing lol

And then throwing it at the observation window (and it sticking onto it) was pretty hardcore gross and awesome. :D
Well played, Otto. Well played.

Finally found this thread again so I thought I'd bump it for the O35. What's everybody think of the season so far.
I really thought the ex-cop who was making ottos life hell was going to be in for more of the season so that was a cool surprise. Other than that though I'm not sure how I feel about the season so far. Could be an interesting storyline with Clay but I would rather see him as an enemy of the club and not an ally (which is probably going to be the direction)

I can't get a figure on Clay yet. Not sure if he really cares for the club or he's sided with the Irish. I don't think the other groups will be as into giving up guns as much as they say they will and I don't think the Irish will let them. There is an interesting plot going on with Tara and the baby mother that I'm just waiting for to blow up in their face any day now.

I'm kind of over the whole "go legit' premise their even talking about now. The show is about a biker gang, instead of moving away from illegal activity they should be heading towards it. You never saw tony soprano say to paulie lets go legit.

I actually just watched several episodes Wednesday, back to back. I was always intrigued by the show's trailers and the subject itself. In fact, while "into" Breaking Bad", I didn't have time to watch this series, so I just KNEW I'd like it, but buy on a DVD collection when it came out. I was actually, very disappointed. I found the acting lacking. VERY lacking. Whoever the kid/guy is who "took over" the gang...was weak. I don't mean in a "direct" macho way, I mean as in...his acting! I'm sure there are some great episodes, but I didn't see anything in the 4 or 5 that I watched that makes me NOT want to miss what's going on...or watch more.
It's not EVEN close to BB or something like Sopranos. Not even in the same league.

There are some rather weak episodes of SOA. But as someone sort of stated in another thread, Breaking Bad was so great, it set expectations so high that these other shows can't really measure up.
Watching the finale of BB, then watching the season opener of SOA a few days later was a big comedown. Still, I have enough invested in SOA to keep watching to the end. I think they said this year is the last, so things could get really interesting... I HOPE.
-
I really hope their setting the season up for some more exciting events. So far I find I just don't care about Tara and Gemmas storyline and honestly what is up with Nero confessing and then the DA letting him walk. Other than the one gangbanger getting run over, last nights episode was pretty weak. The one hope for the season I have is the ex-cop. I think he could be a pretty cool new character

Well tonight's the final night. This season has me back into the series. Glad they got jax back into actually being an outlaw. Really like this season and I'm thinking jax dies tonight.

He sure as hell went out like an outlaw. The scene where he's sitting on the steps under the blanket waiting for August Marks was pretty neat visually. I love how he goes out with a sense of calm and happiness. My favorite TV show of all time.
I'm shocked it never won an Emmy or Oscar, whichever one they give for television. IMO this show put FX on the map.

Badass Jax was badass.
I already miss the series.

Been such a busy week that I just watched the finale. Really good and I saw today Sutter is talking about a prequel series that would center around john teller and clay starting out.

That would be fairly interesting.
What did you think about the final episode and how it concluded?

Kind of predictable but still really good. You could tell he was going to die but I figured there was no way his brothers were killing him.

There seemed to be a sense of calm at the end for him. I liked it and hated it at the same time.
