30 pounds of muscle on one cycle of 1ad and oral 4ad?

i heard that 1 ad and 4 ad can get you 30 pounds in one cycle. is this true?

Assuming you're talking strictly lean mass, that's a very unrealistic number. Most hardcore steroids couldn't deliver that in 8 weeks, let alone 1-AD and 4-AD prohormones.

I mean, you can gain [b]100[/b] pounds on a cycle if you eat like a total horse, but you have to differentiate between muscle and fat in the big picture of weight gain.

Suffice it to say you will definitely gain noticeable lean mass, but those numbers will vary from person to person based on all kinds of factors...genes, the strength/effectiveness of your program, proper nutrition, ample recuperation, etc.

But 1-AD and 4-AD are excellent choices to go with regardless, as long as you stick with a good company. From past experience, I would recommend Ergopharm for both. For the 4-AD, use the transdermal spray; avoid the oral. :D

30lbs? It may be possible but you'll probably have to go at least 8 weeks to gain that much.
