lol that vid is awesome. I can do it but not i'm not sure how I learned. I think it's mostly using concentration when exercising.. Make sure you are activating your glutes when doing things like squats and lunges --> Just do them with bodyweight first and put your hand on your butt to make sure you can feel the muscle working/contracting. practice. put your hands on your hips to help you. do it in the splits. do it standing. do it in a chair. do it in at line at the supermarket.

I can do it. To move them straight up and down requires concentration. Its like mastering Jedi powers.
LOL Yes, I can do it. I think the closest actual exercise I've done to that is to pretending to pull yourself across the floor with a rope with your legs straight in front of you, walking your hamstrings across the floor to actually move (you have to squeeze the individual glute to accomplish this).

If it's too hard to get going while doing the splits, do it with the knees tucked under, top of feet resting on the floor and lean forward slightly (like 1:34). Work your way up from there.
The really HARD way is to do it standing like the girl in the vid at :31. That's ultimate glute control
