Saw squat and was like "yes, smart guy!" Saw bench and was like "yes, smart guy!" Then saw you did accessory work and a ton of reps and I was like *face palm*. If I hear one complaint from you on Saturday that your back feels sore or weak and that is why you missed a lift, I'm going to have to bitch slap you. Is Wayne Brady going to have to choke a b!tch?

Accessory work has never posed a problem for me, and I've never felt sore from it. There's an additional day between now and when I lift, so I'll definitely be alright. 25lb hypers are not enough to crush my back or anything, and I wanted the blood flow.

sounds like a good idea. bmot is around the same numbers and weight too.
not to sure when I would be ready though, my squats are progressing so nicely I don't want to change anything up for a while. my maxes might be after a few 5rm if we decide to do this

Yeah I agree, I need some time too. I've only been on TM for 6 weeks and 3 of that was just feeling it out and learning the program/playing with my numbers. I don't think I'll max again for 13/20 weeks (2-3 6 weeks cycles with deload weeks). But I'm down.

My set up felt weird, hips were set lower and farther back than usual for some reason. I don't usually lift my hips so much before the bar breaks free because typically they're already high, but oh well. It's a heavy single, doesn't have to be pretty. I can assure you my Intensity days don't look like that though.
