You shouldn't be taking it, assuming you mean the illegal HGH products.
For the HGH enhancers, they're not worth the money for the most part.
GH boosting supplements are pretty worthless, if that's what you're asking about. If you're asking about GH injections, teens already have a ton of it so don't bother. As the other guys said, eat food.
