I have a very difficult time doing negatives like that on back due to short arms. I have tried it when I did the Hellraise solo program. Bummer about the filet Mignon going back up. I like it, but generally prefer different cuts.
-short arm crew ftw
Diff cuts like what? i mean if going by price ya, btu for quailty whats better, i dunno...
made sum brownies with a few scoops of choc pb phase 8 will post up. Can't really taste the Phase 8, but the brownies are a ti more gritty than normal. Otherwise taste great with some added protein to boot. This was a pre packaged mix of giradellis brownie mix.

Those 5 second negatives for legs doing the Hellraiser solo program is especially brutal. That is why it is smart to use the Smith for squats for that.

I'm not sure I could do a whole 5 second negatives with regular squats. I don't have much room for error being as tall as I am. Hope you are enjoying your weekend so far!

Energy still steady at 2 caps in the morning one mid day. Thermo still sweating a fair amount, more than usual at the gym, and just feel hot throughout the day even being cold outside, co workers hate that i turn the fan on at work.
ate all the brownies will have to make some more, no biggy have a costco serving box of mix packages

Nice to see you are still holding strong man! I have been doing cardio on a regular basis now after months of not doing any. I go for shorter rest periods in my training, so I am getting some work there.
-
great that the 2 caps of HHE is helping turn the heat up a bit.

It does sort of the same thing, the shorter rest periods, keeps your heart rate up. No HHT squats?

Not yet. I am doing the leg routine for DTP. That is the only structured day that I have currently. My leg training has been lacking a bit, so I need a bit of structure.

was thinking the same thing

any word on those final thoughts?
I am pretty sure he was talking about Hydroxycut.
Yes the hydroxy cut.
Apologize for the final wrap up delay.
starting weight 167 lb 18%
ending164 lbs 17%
Both weight and BF% decreased while taking hydroxy cut and phase 8, of course this is along with diet, exercise and cardio. Hydroxy cut curbed my appetite along with giving me some extra energy to get trough workouts and so some cardio at the end. I assume it wasn't water weight loss as 3 lbs over a month doesnt seem like water weight loss, usually its a bit quicker and in the first week of a diet etc.
phase 8
Excellent tasting protein mixed with some oats kept me full for my morning workout or night time snack. Without adding to many extra calories in sugar/fat
strength/stamina
Went up again seems like fat loss and not muscle. I did change the reps along with some negatives, kept my body from getting acclimated to a specific routine. The negatives got easier along with the 3x10 sets as the month went on.
overall 8/10
-For a strength/recomp stack i would rate this well. The phase 8 PB is just excellent looked forward to it every time, vanilla and C n' C were good as well just couldnt come close to PB in terms of taste. The hydroxy cut were easy to take, no stomach issues and kept a steady level of energy to the last pill.
Thank you again for letting me run this stack, would run again/10

thanks for the final review and running this for us.
