For diet is pretty much rotate chicken wings rice, beef strip with brocolli nd rice, cheeseburgers with penne pasta. Sausage links nd beans. Nd hamburger helper. Plus protein
Maybe 2 glasses or more of milk and day. Nd 2 cups of oatmeal w/ milk in it for break. Maybe 2.5k calories a day
Deadlift nd pull ups in think helped the most but I like back super sets with high nd low pull movements. Nd usually aim for 8 to 12 reps
