I'm really paranoid about whether we have the same kind of oats as they have in the US. E.g. from what I've read they seem to have much more calories per serving.
The oats/porridge I use is "Scottish Porage", which has:
Per 45g:
Calories: 160
Protein: 5g
Fat: 3.6
Carbs: 27
Also, how do you eat/cook yours? For example, I have mine with milk, microwaved for 2 minutes without anything on top.
