What foods Contain Dextrose?
The only one i know of are Smarties.

Pixie sticks
Just have a carb source PWO. Whey and Dextrose are not the key to muscle growth PWO. Just get a nice protein+carb meal in you. And fats are fine too.

You can read the nutrition labels too. Dextrose is sugar by the way.

I use pixie sticks as well. They go good with vanilla whey.
You can buy pure dextrose at a beer brewing supply shop.
And for the record, I think the dextrose post workout is way over exadurated. I only use it very occasionally and usually just use milk and whey. From what I've experianced, it really doesnt make that much of a difference.
