this. get an inzer cause it will last forever, worth that extra bit of money
Inzer Forever belt. Most will recommend 10mm, but 13mm is fine. Just research what you want. Single prong, dual prong, or lever, it doesn't matter.

Most in this section will recommend 13mm with the few that really like 10mm. I'm a big fan of 13mm single prong for a first all around do everything belt
Favorites in order
Bob's Belt (best belt you can possibly buy)
Inzer Forever
Titan
.... bah do a farging search.
Bob's Belt is really top quality. Expensive but worth it.
I just bought a lever forever belt. I'm excited for it to come in the mail!
Been looking at upgrading my shiek belt and it seems that an Inzer Forever Lever 13mm belt is the way I would like to go. Just one small problem, I can't for the life of me find anywhere in Australia that sells or deals in them and the shipping from the few sites in the US that sell them is just as, if not more than the belt price itself.
Anyone know of somewhere in Oz that distributes them or a store in the US that uses decent shipping rates?
Cheers.
I think the Spud "deadlift" belt is the best for $. It has the easiest adjustment method, is flexible, and it wont get in your way. It can be used for all other movements as well. I have an Inzer Lever 10mm and I really hate the design.
After one year of continued use the belt still digs in my ribs, is a PITA to adjust when I gain or lose weight, and the mechanism can get in the way of your movements. I really believe prong and/Or lever belts are suited for stronger raw lifters and geared lifters.

I completely agree, maybe it's just our height? I feel if my ribs were a little higher it'd be a perfect fit.
It's a great belt though... you can kill an intruder with the 13mm one no problem.

Are you not trying to be stronger? And the spud belt is not legal in many feds for competition which is a shame as it is a great belt for deadlifting. If you are anatomically screwed up you can try a tapered belt.
Also, how tight are you trying to wear the belt? Don't try to pull it as tight as you can.

I did have a similar problem when looking for a belt, shipping to the other side of the world usually costs as much as the belt itself. So I will just add to my Bob's Belts recommendation that their shipping is very reasonable.
