Rest for sure dude no question. Your not going to get a good workout in your going to be proud of the next day.
A little time off can feel like forever. You probably won't lose as much as you think.
Don't see why you can't hit some squats... maybe even some curls!
Have a rest for a week. Replenish those glycogen stores. Then get back to the gym but... try focusing on lower body for a bit. Get those legs in shapes. Squatts, heavy lunges, tibia lifts etc. get some mean legs until your chest is fully recovered! :)
