hey guys, just wondering if i should take my creatine before or after my protein shake?
i usually just take my protein shake after my workout but now i have purchased creatine and im not sure whether to have it before or after my shake.
Suggestions?

take it with your shake post workout on non workout days take it whenever you like
doesnt matter when, better with an insulin boost~ apple juice or something probably post workout and with ur shake if you want..

Spiking insulin whilst taking creatine is entirely unnecessary.

alright man I think we talked about this before, maybe it isn't it could be a myth but this is what I have been told. But why do you think it's unnecessary, I have been told it makes you absorb it quicker, is this false?

It does absorb quicker. However there is no reason to why it would matter how fast it is absorbed.

this is a little off topic, but wouldnt it be beneficial to take creatine pre workout? so that its in ur system by the time u hit gym? rather than used after a workout to replenish?
ive never really bothered to ask and ive been thinking bout it and to me it made sense to take before hand to increase ATP and creatine system or watevs its called.
anyone care to shed some light plz?

You put faith in the opinion of broscientist bodybuilders.
Amount of dextrose necessary to spike insulin sufficient to increase creatine uptake by a negligible amount, ~100g. Importance of this, given the whole point of creatine supplementation is to reach a saturation level where uptake is irrelevant, ~0.

some people take it before, others after. some people also have a protein shake before gym and after gym. do whatever u feel like. u could even mix ur creatine into ur post-workout or pre-workout shake.
