I do not know where is the truth ?
Can the digestive enzymes help to increase Gain weight or Loss Weight ?
suppress appetite or improves appetite ?
Before a meal or after a meal ?
Can be used after the protein ?

Your question doesn't really make sense you gain or lose weight from overall calorie intake, digestive enzymes merely help with food digestion they really don't have anything to do with weight gain or loss.

You take them with food.

Exactly :)

They just help your stomach digest food better, you will not gain or lose any weight by adding enzymes, you will however gain more from your food because your able to digest it more efficiently. Several protein companies include enzymes in there products such as whey protein and weight gainer. May help with stomach cramps or gas if you just ate allot.

It doesn't quite work like that chief. Imo, Digestive enzymes are typically best used on a bulk when protein consumption is higher.
