Hey im 15,5"8 and weigh 124 pounds.my body fat % is about 13-16%.if i do 2 hours of intense running every week (spread out over 5 days) while starting weight training 3 days a week,doing ab workouts and eating healthier with a weekly cheat day(nothing to crazy)and i will start taking protein shakes.how long should it take for my body fat % to decrease below 10% i just want an estimate so that i can set myself a target
