Stair Stepper??
I'm having a small issue and maybe it's ALL in my mind but can the stair stepper actually make your you legs bigger? I'm in the process of cutting for my 1st show in June and I've been switching cardio machines so I won't get bored and I've been doing the stepper faithfully for a solid 2wks for an hour each session,I've noticed my glutes are a lot tighter BUT my thighs are about the same if not a tad bigger. I may have to go back to the arch trainer because this was never a problem.
Help is this all in my head,have any of you noticed this to be an issue for you guys??

More than likely you're just holding some extra fluid in your legs. Keep tight on the diet and it won't be an issue.
