Write down when you eat and how much, to figure out when you can eat more. For me, I get way hungry before bedtime.
I would say eat when you are hungry.
Try to get in 1 gram of protien per pound of body weight.
If you start getting fat lower the carbs under 300 grams.
This is just a rough outline.
also try to drink 1-2 gallons of water a day.

Bulking seems quite hard, calorie counting and knowing everything that goes into your stomach. If you can, follow steve cook. He explains in a few videos that you don't NEED to calorie count. Simply eat foods like brown pasta, rice, eggs. Snack on foods like peanut butter and try to avoid overly fatty foods :) Goodluck!

Well as far as what i eat, and how much, i eat oatmeal for breakfast, than i have eggs or cereal later, then for lunch i have whatever my parents happened to make (they eat healthy) then i have a snack, yesterday it was three pb&j sandwiches and two oranges, and then dinner (again whatever my parents made) ..
also forgot to mention i drink about a gallon of water a day, and 1/2-1 gallon of milk a day, i also take 25g whey before bed
