Only counts if you also thought about "strongman" while thinking about squatting. Hell just typing the word "strongman" has probably increased my squat by at least 300 lbs.

Well I forgot to mention I did do some super sets with tire flipping while I was warming up with my 500 x15. You know, just to get the knees warmed up
