How to get ripped on lower chest area ??
Hi guys, I'm new here, and just started workout around 3months on my upper body(Chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder,back). Anyone of you guys mind to share how to get rip on lower chest area?? cuz I'm really stuck and confused about lower chest workout since my lower chest still has no progress at all. I have been working out for my upper chest during these three months, after I had some progresses, I feel like ripping my lower chest. Please share ya ! Here is my chest looks like.
