I have a six month old son and im trying to get back in shape but he gets mad whenever I leave him alone to work out anyone have ideas on mom and baby workouts? So he's included and i can get more done :)

Hi there, I'm not a mom, but I am a pre/post natal certified trainer, so I have had many female clients with children. One group that I know of is Stroller Strides: Strollerstrides.com You can check and see if there are local groups in your area...and if not, try to start one up. Some of the woman I have trained formed their own mommy and me workout groups - although weather can be a factor in this depending on the activities you choose.
I also did a quick search for some videos that might help out. This seemed like a good one:
