Does anyone here do it? It seems like a bunch of guys trying to bench the world. What if you wanna be spec ops ect.. you need cardio as well.
Do you jog? do you sprint? Do you run 1.5mile for times? Are you good at running AND lifting?

Depends on your priorities. If you want to be good at running and lifting and be big, not just get the optimal exercise for your health and gains, then run regularly and lift, just eat more to compensate for running.
I rarely do cardio, the only cardio I do is riding my bike to class which prob adds up to about 20 minutes of low intensity cardio a day. But for a 200+ pound guy I can run pretty fast
Is it possible to have a max 300lbs bench press (which would be pretty good I assume) and still be able to run say, 1.5miles in 10 mins? Or run for 10km in a respectable time? I imagine one or the other has to suffer

My bench is 335, but the only reason my cardio is bad is because I was born with really bad asthma, if it wasn't for that I prob would be able to run 1.5 miles in 10 minutes

there are far better boards for SOF wannabees than this one. Dont bitch at people on a bodybuilding forum for lifting heavy weights.
I wasnt bitching at anyone. I was asking if anyone here does cardio and what kind of cardio they do. Sorry you got offended, obviously you do none.
I just do repeat sprints and sprint work. I couldnt fathom having to run more than 400 yards at a time.
I stopped running about the same time I started lifting so when I got back into running 35lbs heavier now it was a lot harder than I remembered it being. Relearning how to run efficiently at a heavier weight helps me with injury prevention more than anything. Sprints also highlight your weaknesses and your areas of tightness.

Im in the army and was gonna go for SF but lost all hooah-ness, my bench never hit the 300 but it got to 275 weighin at about 180ish, but I could easily light jog a 1.5 mile sub 10 min. Then again I enjoy low intensity cardio (jogging). And for many people on here, its not a priority and many people simply do not enjoy cardio work
quoting wrong line, my bad lol

Nope. Nobody does cardio at all. I do believe you're the first person to even think about cardio.
Hope this helps.
