Hangover and gym
Yesterday i came home 4 am hammered, i was binge drinking on empty stomach. I woke up 7 am, throw up like crazy like 6 times, had other times were i throw up during that morning. I felt like **** all day, pains, dizzy, sweating, irregular blood pressure, upped heart rate, was a severe hang over. I took a med, i woke up feeling much better, watched tv, and went to bed for the night, i woke up in morning feeling alive. Now its 5 pm next day i feel good, been drinking water, bottle after bottle, i would like to go the gym, its my shoulder/tri day. Which means nothing to risky. I was wondering, based on your opinions, should i go or not? i dont want to miss a day at the gym.

If you feeling much better and think that you can handle the weights, go for it

Then go before someone comes in and starts preaching about lowered testosterone. You'll be fine as long as you ate.

If you feel ike you can do it, do it.

yea youll be fine if you eat and drink

yea i ate a bunch, and drank like 4 botles of water, about to get a protein shake, u guys think if i drank a shake that contains: Whey, banana, milk , ice, would be ok?
-
I wouldn't drink anything with ice in it before the gym, that'd just make me throw up but others might be different.

Gym always makes my hangover go away... But usually I go out on Saturday night and Sunday is a cardio day, so I do cardio then sit in the steam room with a 2 liter bottle of water. Quite relaxing actually

Just say home, until you fully know you're ready, you might risk injury or maybe being sick in gym. Its not worth it, just eat for the day.
