120hz is a very noticeable difference in games, if you have a video card capable of producing 120+ frames.
120hz is a very noticeable difference in games, if you have a video card capable of producing 120+ frames.
I consider this strange... most movies are made at 24fps.
But then again I suppose the frames in most movies have motion blur built in.

I was a religious counter strike player a few seasons back, and the jump to a 120hz monitor made a world of difference in changes in shadows and body projections.

Super Meat Boy, Civ V, Terraria, ARMA 2 and Morrowind -- nice choices, lolshack. :)
No clue on Tryst or Symphony though.
Chuzzle and I have been playing Terraria as a change of pace - if you're on next time we get a multiplayer session going, we'll have to get you in on it.

pulled the trigger boys, Got Levi's 560s or some shiit. They got a black friday sale going on right now on their website. Only costs me 30 bucks including shipping.

I don't know what happened, but I liked the fat, short-haired, big-glasses Drew Carey more than this new guy.
anyone recommend a jean brand that is comfy around the thigh/hamstring area?

Old Navy seems to treat me alright in the pants department. Just have to make sure to try on every pair you plan on buying just to make sure it fits alright.
I can't be bothered to pay like $60+ for one pair of jeans though.

Yea, i was hopping Old Navy was running lose around the leg area. Unfortunately the stores by me are closed and I think they're deals run up at midnight tonight. I can still order online though. I am presently wearing my american eagle ones, but I think they may have just become loose because I've had em for like 3 years. Some of the other AE jeans I have are super tight even though they say they are "loose".

Yeah, Old Navy is better, but you may have to go up in waist size just to accommodate for the legs. Even their "loose" brand isn't very loose.
I blame all the skinny-armed/-legged pot-bellied *******s that are the cause of the fashion industry's weird sizing.

I have to get loose/relaxed fit jeans in any brand for thigh space. My absolute favorite pair of jeans right now is some loose fit Wranglers. Also just bought some Lee brand.
Arizona brand is a bit too thin and seems to actually shrink and wear out super fast, Levi I just have trouble finding a pair that's comfortable in the thighs...they all seem like skinny jeans :(

apparently Levi 560s have a lot of room in the thigh area.
My school district buys each of us night crew 2 pr of Dickies, which are fairly loose fitting and good quality.

Hey FR. When do you get 24 hr sunlight? Is it like the sun just goes around above the horizon in a circle?

I used to get a lot of Dickies pants cause of the choice of colors. I thought their regular pants were a little more comfortable than their jeans.
+ It seems i wasn't the only one who expected a less than other-wordly effort from Brady.
Yahoo's Brad Evans actually pegged him as a "lame" this week, predicting about 250 yards and 1 td.
However, this year's Jets brand, similar to years past, has defended the pass very well, even without it's blanket corner Darrelle Revis. Since Week 3 only Brady and Russell Wilson have eclipsed the 20-point threshold against New York. Though minus Rob Gronkowski, New England is overloaded with weapons. Aaron Hernandez and Julian Edelman should fill the void admirably. But, at home, with slim wildcard hopes on the line, Antonio Cromartie and company elevate their game. For one-week only, Tom Terrific gives way to Tom Tepid.
Only 2 QBs had good games against the Jets prior to last night's game (Brady being one, albeit with his full armament of weapons).
The only time you should start Freeman is when Brady is on bye.
That same analyst ranked Brady 8th for QBs in wk 12, while Freeman is only at 15.
Cheers.

I bought lucky brand 36 waist and had it tailored down to a 32. I know this probably does not help.
In Pattaya Thailand you never know.
We went to one place that had a glass ceiling. Which in itself is nothing special. But on TOP of the glass ceiling were about thirty Thai girls who were dressed as school girls and dancing with no bottoms on.
The bar top/surface was a mirror, so you could look down at the bar and see up.
Edit: This was just one of hundreds of wild establishments along Walking Street, which is similar to Bourbon Street in New Orleans only much more crazy.
Thailand is a crazy place.
ANYWHERE in Thailand you might see a beaver with a kickstand, especially in Bangkok. Yes, Thailand is wild.

WHEN MOTHER****ER WHEN?!
I forget where you are. However, I can answer that in Deadhorse, AK the sun is down from Saturday, November 24 at 12:57 PM through Friday, January 18 at 12:43 pm. Then, on Wednesday, May 15, the sun will rise at 2:15 am and remain in the sky until 1:26 am on Monday, July 29.
EDIT: Knowing this is depressing. I wish I had not looked this up.
