Chris, I am sorry to hear that happened. I'm hoping they swiftly find who did that and put them away. I don't have any tolerance for thieves.

That sucks.... but PS2, xbox surely have to be cheaper than Cost no object audio system... please tell us they didn't steal the audio system.

Does Nebula still sell the big red rack like in the youtube video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNfZAvmNln0 (similar to the one Healthnut purchased)? On their web page they appear to only be selling 2 x 3 racks vs 3 x 3.

Last I checked he can still make that rack.

I'm working on the list... As far as the home theater, Yes, the Meridian 861 is fine. They cracked open a small fire safe and stole $1200 cash, took one of my vita mix but not the other right beside it, took a tactical machete and tactical knife on my bedstand, 3 ipods, 2 cell phones, camcorder, camera, etc... but yes, out of all the electronics I had, they went after the XBOX and (2) PS3s... for some reason 2 circuit breakers were blown where they took the items, don't get that?

What is the ball park price for a rack like that?
2,000 to 3,000?
3,000 to 4,000?
Do you have contact information or should I just contact the rep for my state from their web page?

Rage! Well, thankfully they spared the home theater big items, and I sincerely hope these idiots get caught.

I upgraded into a better lifting belt. This is the BestBelt (Athlete) 4" wide-10mm thick model. Placed my order on the 10th and it came on the 24th. They had sent me an order and payment confirmation in an e-mail with an expected shipping out date of the 23rd. I think that I will be pleased with this purchase. $78 shipping included.
I want to thank my friend TJ Lynch for finding this fairly rare Avenger 4-way neck. When I got it home, I quickly realized that the face pad was far inferior to the Pendulum face pad so I took the pads to be re-covered. I had them stitch the new face pad in the same manner as the Pendulum. They did a fantastic job. I really like the way the Avenger is designed. The cam is a little more rounded than the Pendulum which suits me fine. The Avenger is smoother than the Medx and you don't have a back pad getting in the way. The seat adjustment is nice as well. I now have 5 Avengers in the gym (4 are rare) and plan on getting 2 more before I tackle the Pendulum line.
So you used both... Avenger and pendulum necks..... What the "cost no object" best of the best????
So you used both... Avenger and pendulum necks..... What the "cost no object" best of the best????
Just my opinion. I like everything about the Avenger better except the face pad. That is not saying that the Pendulum is not excellent. You know, as you have one. Therefore, I am looking to sell or trade my Pendulum 5-way neck for the same price that I bought it for in virtually brand new condition.

That's a cop out deadwoodgregg.... Biomechanics... Overall feel, not just the face pad.
Yes I have one, but my verdict is still out..... Due to ongoing nagging injuries.... :)

The seat adjustment is better on the Avenger, but how much do you change seat height in a home gym setting anyway? The movement on both is very smooth but the cam on the Avenger is basically round so I feel as though my head just tilts over comfortably during a rep on the Avenger, whereas the cam on the Pendulum is not as round and has a slightly different feel. It is not a "fall off" feel, it is just different. I never used the Pendulum to do my shrugging so I won't miss that feature. Basically you are splitting hairs between the two other than the fact that the 4 handles makes the Avenger alot more comfortable to use....Ken at Regeneration likes the back pad on the Medx and plans on putting that feature on the Avengers he builds. I did not like the back pad during my demo of the Medx........I talked/e-mailed with someone associated with Pendulum this week and they told me that they also preferred the Avenger but did not give any reasoning...........I have been going back and forth between the two and the Avenger is just smoother even with 1/3 more weight the Avenger is smoother. I believe it is mostly because the cams are different. I am definately no expert, I can only give you my feedback from going back and forth.

Gregg congrats bro great piece very collectible and useful. That avenger neck is made so well and very rare.
What sets the pendulum apart from the avenger Is the ability to train the neck muscles from every angle . Neck work is not complete without direct trap work included. The pendulum 5 way neck allows you to do shrugs unilaterally that hits deep up into the neck. I can't say enough about this design although my seat is starting to flatten out like a pancake from all the shrug work. I am glad that Gregg got the avenger I am sure that I would really like that one as well. The seat adjustment in all the avenger pieces is very simple design with the pull pop pin and nice stainless steel adjustment rod. The avenger neck has those four Handels that I would of liked the pendulum to have. The avenger equipment will last forever and i am also on a mission to find a few more pieces. Tomorow we are traveling For the weekend for a training seminar. I will be stopping at a gym that may have almost a full line of avenger. Let's just say if they still have them there that I will be crippled for the rest of the weekend. I am looking forwad to giving several of the avengers I have yet to use a good blast .

RPark, how is the Atlantis rear delt/pec fly machine? It looks to be the best designed of all of that type machine. I hope that it is as smooth as as all of your Strive pieces. It would be interesting to know how it compares with its Strive counterpart. Also, to see how your thoughts compare with HealthNut's once his arrives. I know that it would blow my Legend away but I just wasn't willing to spend that much on that piece.

While it's calmed down a bit I wanted to see if anyone knew of any other, perhaps cheaper, human powered treadmills/trainers. Similar to the Woodway Curve, Woodway Force, and Rogers tred sled. But perhaps without the 6-8k price tag.

I do think the Atlantis pec delt is a solid unit. Very well built and fits my needs. It is very smooth and an excellent piece. If I were to have a gripe, it would be that I don't understand why Atlantis only drilled 4 holes for different arm positions. Basically 3 for different chest starting points and one for the rear delt. The 3rd position is the perfect amount of prestretch for me, but it really wouldn't have added much more to the cost for have two extra holes as adjustments.
Make sense? I'm not home now, but can add a picture later for reference.
