I was just wondering if having ham and cheese sandwiches was healthy. I absolutely love them and it fills my hunger so that I don't go eat other crappy stuff like chips or cookies. I use provolone and oscar mayer sliced smoked ham on honey wheat bread.
I'm somebody who can eat the same meal for months at a time and not get tired of it. Is there anything wrong with eating this along with eggs and milk and protein shakes as most of my diet?
