6 eggs (4 whites, 2 whole) reduced sugar ketchup + franks red hot
1 cup oats in 8 oz whole milk/ 2 splenda packets
1.5-2 cups oats + 2 scoops organic peanut butter + milk. Mix it together and it tastes effin amazing. It's around 850-900 cals.
Basically any combination of eggs, milk, nuts, peanut butter, whole wheat bread, fruits, yogurt, etc.
4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, have some salt peper to add flavor, + 1.5 cups oatmeal, and 1 tablespoon honey, 2 hours later, 3 tbs peanut butter + 2 sclices of whole wheat bread, this is what i take b4 workout

You could also add raisins to your oatmeal. 1/4 of a cup of 130 calories.
but yes cook the oatmeal, then stir in milk and pb and you'll think you're in heaven.
Oats and natty pb is always good. I once mixed my chocolate whey with it and it was very good, was about 700 cals not to mention filling.

Whey protein
4 raw eggs
2 choclate pancakes OR half tin of baked beans
2 tsp sunflower oil or PB
Beef or chicken
Jack Daniels Teriaki Sauce :)
Around 1300-1500 Kcal :)

i dont think i could eat that much lol :p so ye tommarow im going to cook probably about 1-1.5 cups of oats then add in some milk, natty pb, and some carnation.

2 Pieces wholemeal bread + 4 egg whites and 2 egg yellows.
30g optimum nutrition + 400ml semi-skimmed milk.
4 weetabix + 200ml semi-skimmed milk.
Pint of water.
Multi + teaspoon flaxseed oil + teaspoon omega-3 oil.
I like to drink my first breakfast of the day because Iām not an early eater.
I do
-1cup oats
-1cup frozen blueberries
-1.5cups milk (lactose free for me)
-2 scoops chocolate whey protein
-1 tbsp chocolate chips semisweet
-1tbsp honey
-1tbsp peanut butter
1,150kcal
86g protein
138g carbs
14g fiber
32g fat
I drink this every morning before the gym for breakfast and usually by the time I finish my workouts I am ready for a second breakfast, easy to consume more calories šš¼
4 egg Omelette with spinach, mushrooms, cheese, bacon bits on it

a fruit

Exactly.Oats and peanutt butter, you get all the macros you need.If you feel that it is too bland, as I do, then throw in some cereals.Tons of sugar, but i dont worry about it that much and you get extra calories.
