Steak taco's with onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, Parmesan cheese, and some hand made hot sauce. The tortillas are hand made on the spot along with the steak. Amazing place if you ever have the chance to go.

Just curious, how long does it take you to recover after eating like this? I guess you lower calories and increase workouts on the day(s) after until your bodyweight stabilizes and you don't feel sick any more?

he has a maintenece in the range of 7000 calories so this isnt as big a deal for him.
