Compound 20 and women?!
Ok so I'm currently training for a bikini comp in April I workout 6 days a week both weights and cardio and I eat a very clean diet. I need to get rid of the excess fat in my trouble spots(tummy, thighs, and arms) and I'm taking OEP but want an extra boost to get rid of any excess fat I have and was thinking of stacking it with compound 20. Any ladies have experience with compound 20 or any men know if its a good product??? HELP!

C20 is a bit too strong for my wife. She got very testy with it. no pun intended, lol.

This is probably a stupid question but what do you mean by testy lol I just want a really good product to stack with OEP that will help lean me out faster and help the muscles I do have pop quicker and I don't want a stim :-/

Getting lean enough for the stage comes down to a proper calorie deficit and giving yourself enough time prep wise to get there.
No supp on the planet will take the place of the above or get you there any faster.

Eating clean doesn't mean anything...losing bodyfat goes back to your calorie deficit.
I'm basing my answer off your quote:
"I just want a really good product to stack with OEP that will help lean me out faster and help the muscles I do have pop quicker."
There is no supp for this.^^

It's as easy as maintaining your deficit. If you want an extra BOOST... then increase your deficit.
You are currently taking Oxyelite Pro. Oxyelite contains a stimulant called DMAA. Mixing stimulants you know little about with others stimulants you know little about is about as foolish as foolish gets.
Lean out faster by getting your diet in order.
Um compound 20 is a non stimulant hence why I want to take it
Ummmm.... Are you sure? Did you check the ingredient list?
Symplocos Racemosa = Aurvedic herb and an immunostimulant. WHAT an "immnuostimulant" is, is beyond me. There is next to no information on this substance.
N-caffeoyldopamine = N-coumaroyldopamine = Beta2 Adrenoceptor Agonist. These are a class of drug typically used for asthma (bronchiodilators). Common side effects include, increased heart rate, cardiac stimulation, tremors, sweats and vasodilation.
Sounds like a GREAT addition to your known stimulant.
Get your diet in order.

Please read the MANY websites and forums stating it is NOT a stimulant! That's actually why it is so popular other than people having great results from it they love that it's a non stim

(especially regarding beta2 and elevated heart rate).
or....
You can trust someone trying to sell you something, combine your DMAA, caffeine, Immuno stimulants and beta2 adrenorector agonist under dehydrated contest prep conditions and hope to f*ck you don't keel over from a massive coronary.
-
Just be careful with DMAA. It's banned in the UK and has been in the news these past weeks because a couple of (young, healthy and fit) women died after taking it. Link.
Mixing something like this with other supps doesn't sound like a good idea.

Claire Squires had used the product irresponsibly (as in most cases) and diet.
. She had an irregular heart beat.
. She used a high dosage.
. Product used at the END of her race while her heart rated was already significantly elevated.

Right, but certain supplements can help.

You know as well as I do that most people competing for the first time do not have their diets in check. There's lots of trial and error involved when it comes to nailing this part down calorie wise, timing wise, etc...and it's completely normal for most of us.
No supp will fix the above...that's like saying there's a magic pill...wouldn't that be nice! :D
