That's normal.
You can't really add muscle there. I have a small wrist and I don't think it matters.
Same boat here man, can't do anything about it except hope that bulking could help which is doubtful
Thanks guys. 0 power reps all around!!!
As said as above, you can't really increase the size of your wrist because there is no actually muscle there, just tendons and other stuff. However when you grow older you tend to fill out around the wrist area, so maybe eventually your wrist will become bigger :)
take normal weights and hold it in your hand. lay your wrist on your knee so only your hand it sticking out. life it up and then down. then flip your wrist over and do it again.
Or just buy a tennis ball and do squeezes on it
Your wrist. Wont wrist dont get bigger work forearms get a good taper and you wont notice
The only way is to get **** as ****

This. Your bones break down and repair themselves (coming back larger) overtime. I've actually experienced this (I can comfortably lift with my wrist in seemingly compromised positions, I blame it on this)

Yes, I experienced it a lot while on hGH, and it sucks ass and doesn't feel good, it feels like horrible arthritis in your hands/feet and joints/tendons etc.
I've also built up a nice little slab of muscle in my left wrist (a little slackin in the right, but definitely there). Yes I'm aware NORMAL people don't have muscles in their wrist, just tendons/ligaments/connective tissue.
My wrists have become definitely thicker while lifting.
My Dad has MASSIVE wrists, they are the size of my forearms. If I had to guess, it was just from laying brick all his life. So it is possible to gain muscle in your wrists.

How big is massive? My wrists look normal compared to my forearm, but I'm still sportin' 8.5" wrists.
You can get a thicker wrist with weight training..
You got this from where exactly
Also, people in here that are saying they have experienced it, seem to all be under 21. so it's more likely natural growth
