My abs show when i flex, and so do my pecs, but when i dont i look fat and have boobs
when im standing it looks like my core pops out in the shape of abs, but you cant see my abs idk if theres fat cuz when i pull the fat away it doesnt show them either but if i LIGHTLy and i mean real lightly flex they pop out. why is this? i do ab workouts all the time for the past 4 months. no results.

8:30 A.M Wakeup- Home Made Fruit Smoothie.
10:30 A.M One serving oatmeal- 160 calories.
12:30 A.M lunch. usually have a wrap, but i dont have tuna or salmon cuz im 14 and my parents wnt go out and buy it. i have whey protein, and fruits turkey ham cheeses chicken breast etc. :( HELP! make me a meal plan or gimme urs for CUTTING!
i need a CUTTING Diet to follow for football we do sprints, squats bench, DB bench, incline DB, should press, hammer jammer (cleans) etc. not deadlift tho, freshman cant do that yet.
