It's by no means finished. I had to rely on web design skills I learned nearly a decade ago. Tell me what you think and please give some feedback. Reps will be had.

I don't know about the 'empire' part of your website name. You have to actually have an 'empire' to suggest it and even companies that are actually empires don't use that word. Imagine how turned off you would be if Oprah started, Oprah's Empire Media'.
Also, make up your mind what you want your image to be. You have this cursive writing which suggests sweet, orderly and proper but you have pictures of hard core hex weights that are only used in hard core body building gyms downtown. You have a picture of fruits and veggies and some poorly defined lady but the background is dark and grungy. Your trying to appeal to too many people and it comes across as disingenuous.
Of course this is all my humble opinion... what do I know. You seem like the real deal and so your site should reflect you. You look better than the girl you have posted, maybe consider putting yourself on the homepage so people know you're the real deal.

Well I appreciate the feedback. It's too late to change the name as of right now. The name was up in the air but it was what my wife and I agreed on. If we change the name it will be JJ Elite Fitness. Which sounds a little less over dramatic. We wanted the name 'empire' to suggest what we had to offer was the best. Maybe not state of the art equipment etc etc but the services and overall experience. Thanks a lot for taking time out of your day to browse through it and give some good constructive feedback.
No worries brother. These things take time and the more feedback you get the tighter your game will get. I like JJ Elite Fitness. That's a good professional name. Seriously though, you should put yourself on the site. You have a good look and people will dig the fact that you walk the walk. So many trainers are just talk.
On your contact page, I can't see most of the characters you made as headings. Same with your main page.
Also, the word 'Empire' is entirely presumptive. Best to change the name.
I agree with getting rid of empire but I already said that in another thread. It's pompous sounding
