I've seen more pumps go on BAP than not.
It was fun to watch my buds dual pump BAP setup burn up a pump during his 1/4 run

if it's easy to replace the pump and they're like $50 or less, then maybe go for it, but I don't see the point if you're spending $5k on a booster setup only to run that retarded ass thing to deliver fuel. Not worth it if it fails while you're pulling hard, then you go lean....
then kaboom
22:1 sounds like fun to me

Damn it, its not real easy to change the pump in my car. I think you have to drop the rear cradle and the tank, no trap door. :( Damn install price just keeps going up.

Only in a diesel engine
I do remember seeing a drag NA honda a few years back; they were running I think 18 or 19:1 pistons. I wanna say it was the Drag Cartel Civic.

It's not hard to do yourself. As for the cumarrow, idk where its pullout point is. I thought all cars around 1990 and newer had the trap door in the trunk to pull out the sender unit from the tank without having to drop the tank. Just remove the rear plastics and carpet. You'll find it.
Or find someone on LS1tech or youtube. I'm sure it's written up somewhere. It's BALLS easy to change a pump if you don't have to drop the tank.
I was talking afr :D

I really dont think there is a trap door unless I cut one. Owell tvs2300 on its way I will figure it all out soon enough. Now I have to start getting ready to break some axles.
I wish this was my old 71 nova ss and I could just slap a 750 demon on top replace some jets and call it a day, damn FI.

Ya, just checked out the Lingenfelter twin pump install instructions; you have to drop the tank....
thefuk? Retarded. Dropping the tank is no fun on any car, with or without a lift and friends.
Meanwhile, F1 is in Austin 16-18th. Anyone going or interested in going? If I wasn't so worried about finances and future job situation, I would have my tickets and shyt by now.
plane tickets are like 500 ish out of jfk friday during the day and 600 thursday night. if you gave me more of a heads up I would've made sh!t happen ...

Lol, I thought it was common knowledge I don't miss F1 whatsoever. I wake up for the 5am races or stay up for the 1 or 2 or 3am races. I don't miss qualifying and I rarely miss practices.
I bet it's a sad day for you though; they cancelled the NY Grand Prix for 2013. Roads too rough for reworking and probably due to Sandy, they're likely gonna focus on cleanup for that first over the F1 race. Sad sad day indeed :( 2014 should happen though.
Meanwhile, if any of you are true blue Porsche guys, spare about 30 minutes of your time and check out the Magnus Walker (the Urban Outlaw) pseudo documentary. Love this guy.

not that die hard for f1 but still bummed about the grand prix :(
in all reality, all that **** is ****ed down there because of sandy. parents didnt have power for 6 days ... thankfully it didnt get too cold.

When I hear 6.0L long block (or short block) and not L92 or LS3, I hear iron casting... Do you have an LS1T account? If not, I'll ask him for you. 2500 seems a bit steep for all the crap you get, and you don't need camaro headers. Depends on the TB design. I mean, honestly, I would have bought that complete L92 or LS3 I forwarded you awhile ago since they were complete motors. Long blocks are not complete.

Yeah I didn't realize how incomplete the motor was until after I talked to him. The search continues

It's a piece of shyt.
so true.
Mustang dominated collection, am proud...
Greasable vs. Non Greasable u joints
Truck, never will see mud or dirt, just street. Go

I hate saleen rustangs, however I'll admit that black Fox body with the monoblock brake upgrade is ghetto gangstar rare. I like it.
Greasable vs. Non Greasable u joints

Well in theory, non greasable unis are sealed and therefore zero maintenance...
but why reinvent the wheel? The greasable unis are time-tested and proven to work. I wouldn't trust a non-greasable joint in the first place.
I dont know why Im having such an issue choosing lol
Greasable - Would go with Moog, lifetime warranty
Non-Greasable - Still Moog, Same warranty
Sealed come from the factory, sealed are on it now, greasable seem like a pain in the ass, Ill probably forget, shyte. **** decisions
Moog are good, certainly. However, greasing is just normal maintenance. It's not hard to hop on your back and hit them once a year or so. I think I've greased my driveshaft only twice since buying it in 09.
True, Ill just put a damn reminder on my phone calendar
This weekend - Ball Joints, U Joints, Camber Shims (possibly), spindles and tires
Greasing camber shims? Greasing tires? lolque?
My diff drop is just stainless steel spacers. Thefuk you have?
No lol replacing
GM Corp 10 bolt front axle

Ya, so you're talking about driveshaft unis?
Either way, greasable ftw.
Naw front axle
So I decided against the S60 R, as replacement parts are costly, and performance parts are limited and just as costly.
Looking into 2013 WRX sedans now. It may be my DD, but a few mods are in place if I take the plunge.

Why's that?
I'm too familiar with Japanese cars seeing as how i've only owned American cars and my family only buys American as well. I just want something a little different, and well, new. Not to mention I can get one around $26K
BRZ/FRS
Go test drive one
