I'm coming across different methods such as a 10 week cycle and other schools of thought stating a 3 week on 2 week off cycle.

Just made a cup of rice, but fuk I have no appetite to eat this especially since its just rice.

[/QUOTE]Just depends on how you do on it. Personally I'm finding i can't stay on it long becuase it makes me sort of anxious or something. So I think the 3 on 2 off is about right for me. But if you're able to stay on it long and doesn't bother you / keeps working then stick to it for longer.

can stay on it up to 8 weeks, at that point you should take a minimum 2 week break.

I tried rice one time and was so bloated after, plus it sucked eating like 400g worth of carbs.. I used fat free cheese melted in with some soy sauce.
I prefer like 12 bagels chocolate chip or cinnamon sugar, pasta with low fat sauce, cereal and caramel corn quakes sooo good

I dumped my rice. It was a day old and tasted like fukin chit. Made 150g of oats instead. Then tonight i'll make some baked french fries.
Also to the guy who said EC stack max up to 8 weeks.. pretty sure youre wrong. You can take it for as long as you want.

Okay, tried to check maintenance level calories @ 150 pounds. Apparently, I do not maintain weight @ 1500 cals, I end up gaining about a pound the next day. Is there something wrong with me?

mostly concerned with long term heart issues.

they've done studies where people took it for 24 weeks and didn't died. I just prefer to stick to cycles and taking time off with stuff that raises blood pressure and stresses the heart. I just like to be more safe than sorry.

From what I've read you can stay on EC as long as you like (not sure of health issues), and you lose the stimulant effects/appetite suppression, but keep the fat loss effects

What is the max amount of fat and sugar you should have on a carb refeed day?
Im only 1440 cals in so far... have 205g carbs, 40g fat, 77g protein, 33g sugar
Need to eat around 2600 cals. I think I dun goof'd. Looks like im eating plain rice after all..
