How come I never see powerlifters with chicken legs on the bottom and strong quads on top. Its always strong legs at the bottom with major bone density?

I mean my legs skinny on the bottom past the knee but I have big quads. Lots of powerlifters have strong quads with strong bones past the knee. A larger base of bone so they handle more squatting or deadlifting weight.

I got little calves and big thighs and I powerlifted for about 5 years before crossing to strongman? I think you be looking up too many pictures of sweaty men lifting weights.
