Never heard of any 'age limit', just take them as nessesary.
if you are old enough to work out in any sort of capacity then you can drink protein shakes. if you are a 12 year old trying to recover after a hockey game you can drink protein.

You will die if you take protien shakes. They've been known to kill 14 year olds. No but srs I'm pretty sure any protien would be just fine for u. Your 14 just eat.

Protein shakes are food. To make it simple the only difference between eating chicken and drinking a protein shake is the micro nutrient difference and a little macro nutrient difference. If you can eat food you can drink protein shakes.

of course you can! buy a protein that doesnt have added sugar.. other than that doesnt really matter. ON is a good company but so are many others gaspari, dymatize etc.
wanna know what's better? eat a can of tuna after a workout, have some eggs and some meat throughout the day. that will help you get enough protein pretty easily

I wouldn't let my 3 year old drink my Gold Standard, but if she was exercising, I wouldn't care. It's just protein, just without all the meat and chit.
