Big thanks to MustangManGT for asking me to log this for MAN Sports. I have been a huge fan of their products and even got to meet and hang out with the crew from MAN Sports. I previously logged Prometheus Rising for them and had great results.
So what are my goals for this log? Basically I am wanting to get to 200 pounds by the end of the year. That should be interesting with my upcoming 50k race in October. I already consume 400+ grams of carbs/day and think Pure PF3 will help me with getting my goal of 275g of protein/day.
My planned dosing will be:
Workout days;
2 scoops AM
2 scoops preworkout
2 scoops post workout.
Non-Workout days;
1 scoop AM
1 scoop PM
