Mono is basic creatine. Very effective, over 100 studies on it to PROVE it's effective. Kre-Alkalyn is "buffered" Mono, meaning more is 'supposed' to be absorbed into your system and utilized VS your stomach acid destroying a percentage of it.
IMO Kre-Alkalyn is overpriced for a gram or 2 more creatine being digested into your system.
Buy Mono my friend. Use the website on my sig if you don't want to order from here.
agree with others, google it - monohydrate is proven, end of
In b4 AAEFX rep "honestly....." copy pasta product pimping.
Just pick up some creatine mono as it's proven & works...........there is no reason to choose otherwise unless you just have extra cash you want to waste.
Ill just add not all mono is the same. Id go with a quality mono product such as Creapure. Ive personally has some stomach issues with various regular mono product. Creapure is only slightly more expensive too. 1,000 grams for $20-$25.
Difference is cash. Mono is proven to work. Kre-Alkalyn is buffered creatine monohydrate. Both work but it hasn't been proven that Kre-Alkalyn is more effective or really has any advantages over regular CM. Some creatine monohydrate has chemical impurities which may or may not be harmful over time depending on what those impurities are.
If you do not have intestinal issues go with he basic mono. Its proven and cheap. If you do Kre is one of the best options for you.
only difference from my experience is if you decide to go with a "loading" phase with creatine mono you may experience some bloating because you'll carry a little more water (assuming your drinking enough) kre-alkalyn claims you don't need to "load" and therefore eliminating the bloat but like most ppl said there isn't a noticeable difference really
Only noticeable difference is the weight loss in your wallet.
Go with Mono.

KA is PH-adjusted creatine monohydrate. Always go with straight mono first. If it works well and does not punish your stomach, then stick with it. However, if it does not work, or tears up your stomach while doing so, try KA instead.
