This morning, I took it as a pre-workout, just 1. After lunch, I'll do it again.
Once I get it all together, I take this cocktail of stuff in the morning that is herbal and such and is pretty involved. I'll try and recall it all and list it. It is not for the faint of heart.

I haven't trained but Thursday, Friday a little Saturday and then Monday in the last two weeks with the holidays and being sick so, not much to say...
I weighed 325 this morning and that's probably from all the food I've eaten int he past week and the salt, oh my God the amount of sodium in food.
So, Monday I'll start the next phase of my training and food for what appears to be a May meet. The goal will be to weigh in the 308's and total elite.

There was a time I could really lift a great deal more but, I haven't been on my game in over a year. I'm going to really have to work hard to be able to front squat over 500 again, trap pull 700 and pull enough to total elite again.

I need to train oly and SM but, I ran out of gas and time. My wife needs my time as well and I had been in my gym for most of the day so, I had to give that part up. We are looking like we will tart having a small crew on Wednesday so, i can get it in then as well.

Tomorrow, I'll use it for something other than a pre-workout. I'll take it after I eat post work out and then mid day. I really liked it taking it in the morning. Not jittery but, could feel the warmth.
