My bulk wasn't the cleanest. (still 4-5 months left)
I was also sucking in stomach on before pic so maybe that's why.
Here's a typical day:
Breakfast:
2-3 eggs (fried with olive oil)
1-2 slices of whole grain bread
1 cup of 2% fat milk
Snack:
20-25 almonds
Lunch:
plain low fat yogurt (1-2 cups)
main meal varies but typically white rice with chicken
Mid day snack:
1 Orange
apple slices
Protein shake
Supper:
Tons of yogurt
Main meal varies but I try to keep it as clean as possible.

Actually, his bulk was completely clean.

Speed is COMPLETELY FINE that you're gaining at.

Any specific core exercises? Your core seems to have gained some size. 1st pic you look like you have wide hips but 2nd pic you seem to have a more ''manly'' shape
